Piano lessons are held on a one-on-one basis. Students are encouraged to read and listen to music using various techniques including the solfege system, and most of all, by appreciating the fine tones, rhythms and nuances of music.
We welcome students of all ages and cater for everyone, from those who wish to play for leisure to those harboring career ambitions. We strongly encourage public performances, Eisteddford competitions, AMEB exams or just playing for your peers, friends and family at any one of our popular concerts.
Our team of highly qualified teachers are led by Hooi Loo (our US trained principal). Hooi was a Presser Foundation Award Recipient during her college years and had the privilege of having trained with acclaimed musical figures such as Professor Paul Schoenfeld, legendary Alfreds composer Dennis Alexander, Jeffrey Kahane and the late Joseph Henry.
